Scully’s Cafe

I was a regular customer of Scully’s Coffee Camper for years and was so excited when they finally got a brick & mortar location! The cafe is in a brand new housing development for Mines students and has a huge area for studying or just chilling with a couple friends. (Parking can sometimes be tricky, but they do have several reserved spots right out front) The coffee is always great, of course. My son loves the Matcha and my husband is a Chai guy. Both are excellent choices. The staff are super nice, from the owner & Manager to all the students who work part-time. They have open-mic once a month, trivia nights and craft events, lots of cool stuff to do while you have lunch or dinner! Love Scully's! Sophie is wonderful and provides great service. The food menu is limited, but everything I've had has been delicious. And the coffee alone is worth stopping in for and taking out, even if you don't have time to stay for the great atmosphere. Perfect cafe for anyone, not just Mines students!

Adorable new coffee spot with great bites to eat! The people are so kind and the food is amazing! Great prices too! I got the Tahoe Treehugger flatbread pizza and it was great size, fresh, and only $10! Great place to come and work or socialize, there is a wonderful huge seating area and bar seating as well!

I had the best experience here! The staff are so friendly, the drink was delicious, and there was such a great vibe for studying and doing work. I would highly recommend!

I absolutely love Scully’s cafe!! The coffee is amazing and they have fun flavors with quality syrups. The space is really nice with lots of open space. If you’re looking for amazing coffee, a great atmosphere, and a spot you’ll want to come back to again and again, this is it. Highly recommend!
