Scooter's Coffee

They have multiple workers who just lie. I was trying to use my points in the app. She gave me the total which was the drink I ordered and the add on. So I said it should've taken the add on off with the points I used. She scanned it again told me my total was less. I paid and left. Come to find out She still charged me more. As someone who has worked in fast food, in the last year, it is insane to see someone lie about the price and expect that to be okay!? Especially how money is tight with everything going up. Service used to be okay here but it is horrible now. This isnt the first time this has happened to me here either. I have receipts.

Just moved here from CA and was happy to find this place near my house. The coffee here is very good. My only complaint is the customer service. The staff is very awkward, not very pleasant. I was expecting the southern hospitality to be a bit more. Unfortunately, the staffs attitudes remind me of dealing with people in CA, just working here for a paycheck & really dont like their job. Other than that, I enjoy the spot.

I love Scooter’s! I run by here all the time. Every drink I have ever had is great. Their cake pops blow everyone out of the water. Definitely my favorite drink is the s’mores latte which is seasonal. Other great ones include the turtle latte and the carmelicious which is their signature drink. The taste is consistent and delightful. They also have the best pup cups in town with a treat and whip! I also love the omelette bites and the ciabatta sandwiches. The app allows for points and incentives that rack up quickly. I feel like I’m getting free coffee through the app constantly! I love Scooter’s and I am so happy we have it. The best part of all is obviously after you order when they say “scoot on around” lol

Excellent coffee, tea and breakfast! I always loved Scooters while living in Illinois so when one opened in Winchester I had to check it out. Their coffee and breakfast doesn't disappoint! I got a breakfast burrito, a chi tea late. My wife got a bagel sandwich and a coffee and it was all delicious.

"warm" coffee doesn't exist for a reason, there is no such a thing. Coffee has to be Hot. I asked for a hot spice pumpkin late and received a warm coffee ready for a Trash can. Train your people.
