Ordered at drive thru. I said i wanted a decaf ice caramel latte. And a r3gular sugur free ice vanilla latte . The ice vanilla latte was right but the caramel wasn't so I said up to the window that im sorry I said decaf so this girl thst said she was the manager which her name is Stephanie told me well I cant change it its jot my fault thst you made a mistake. I never made a mistake. Stephanie was very rude and very unprofessional. I've been going to this scooters for a long time . I never had this experience with anyone else in there . I left upset . Stephanie also told me that if you wan5 the right one I have to double charge you . For what .? I said it right on the speaker she copped an attitude with me and she was also rude to my cousin which is suffering g from a disability. Pleas

We ad bad service at scooters today on 2/15 . Her name Stephanie the manager. Stephanie was rude . She do not did be the manager at all

My husband and I went thru yesterday to get some coffee and after that experience, I can confirm that they have some of the rudest, inexperienced staff ever. They were busy and understandably we were in line for a very long time. Once we got to the speaker there was no one on the other end. We waiting and waited and asked multiple times if anyone was there… and there was nothing. We were holding up the line so we had no other choice but drive up to the window. We explained our issue at the window and the First Lady we dealt with was nice and brought it to the attention of the “Manager” that looked to be 16. Ordered online, and they got out order wrong. Had to go back to get it fixed. Staff were very kind and were able to fix it.
