Scooter's Coffee

I stopped at the Scooters in Storm Lake the other morning, and Jolene absolutely made my entire day. I was greeted at the window with the warmest, most cheerful holiday welcome — the kind of greeting that instantly lifts your mood. At one point she even told me I “smelled like cinnamon and happiness,” and honestly, I’m still smiling about it. On top of that, my drink was made to absolute perfection. Exactly what I needed, exactly how I hoped it would taste — and somehow even better because of the energy she brought to the experience. Her enthusiasm, kindness, and genuine pride in her work were so strong that I honestly thought she might be the franchise owner. So inconsistent, this is Supposed to be a strawberry peach smoothie. With strawberry purée. One of their duos smoothies. Not good at all and honestly taste like nothing. I’ve gotten this smoothie plenty of times in the past never looked or tasted like this. Super irritating considering they gotten my order wrong the first time.

It was our first time with Scooters. It was amazing. We got two large carmelious blenders with extra espresso shot and extra caramel, two Carmel muffins and two cake pops. Blender was perfect. The muffins were so tasty and served hot which made it that much better. Cake pops weren't what we expected. Seemed like more of a dough. A different texture compared to others we have had elsewhere. Overall. Would definitely go back.

Very inconsistent with orders. Got an orange sparkling float and it was great. Have gotten it 3 times since and has never tasted the same or even tasted good since the first one. Tonight's was all sparkling soda and whip cream, no orange, tasted awful.

One of my favorite coffee shops. I love the carmelicious but I also enjoy the seasonal drinks and the smoothies. My kids enjoy the kids packs as well. The breakfast foods are delicious. The cookies and cinnamon rolls are to die for. I love the rewards program they have to earn free foods and drinks for regular customers. I go there way too often but hey, you only live once, right? 🤷‍♀️
