Extremely Disappointing Experience I visited this location to order my usual regular drink in an extra-large size. However, the cup I received was filled barely halfway. When I asked about it, the staff—specifically Becky—insisted that this was “how I ordered it,” which is simply not accurate. I requested half ice, not half a cup. Becky, please see the attached photos comparing the drink you prepared with the one I regularly receive from the Sartell location on same order & day. I hope this helps clarify the difference. This experience resulted in unnecessary frustration, including waiting in line twice just to receive a refund. Unfortunately, based on this encounter, I cannot recommend this location.

Love the staff at this location! They always make the caramel apple redbull infusion for me even though it’s no longer on the menu (other locations tell me they can’t make it). Also really accommodating on fixing drinks if it doesn’t taste right. I swing in here everytime I’m in Sauk Rapids! 😊

We have always had a great experience at the Sauk Rapids Scooters. The staff is always super friendly and welcoming and go above and beyond.

I had never been to Scooters before, and since it was my first time, I wasn’t sure what to order. The barista at the window, was so kind and gave me plenty of great suggestions. I will definitely be coming back!!

I have had Scooter’s now a few times, and it’s delicious every time. Great coffee and great service! The staff are always happy and make it such a great experience.
