Scooter's Coffee

I went through the drive thru for Scooters Coffee, for this location ofc for the first time and i am pleasantly impressed by how delicious the coffee is. Starbucks is right across and honestly i feel like starbucks is like 1/4 coffee and 3/4 cream and it’s not my cup of tea. Scooters tasted soooo good im trying to stop myself from going there for the 2nd time in one day. ANNNND their medium is like Starbucks Large or Venti. Ughhh it was just soo good. Everyone in my family also agreed I ordered the Oreo add coffee and caramel 😍😍😍

I’ve been disappointed with the service and the quality of drinks at this Scooter's location. The staff doesn’t seem to appreciate that we are spending our money on their drinks and food, which ultimately pays their salaries. They aren’t very friendly and often appear quite sour. They aren’t willing to smile or engage in conversation. Additionally, the speaker at the drive-thru is very weak, making it difficult to hear them. I used to be a bigger fan of Clutch. The staff there were friendly and engaged in conversations about better products, depending on who was working. Now that they are closed, I’ve had to switch to Scooter's, but the drinks are rarely made the way I order them. I am a shift lead at scooters at the palmetto commerce location in North Charleston. This morning I stopped by the location with my manager, another shift lead, and key holder (road trip), we were expecting them to uphold scooters policy of “midwestern nice” but we were not met with that. We ordered a red bull infusion, just a large blue raspberry. When we got it, it was flat and had too much lemonade than the recipe calls for. I informed the girl on window and the girl on hot and ice bar that we in fact do work at scooters, so we do know what we are talking about. We were met with rude remarks like “uhm no it wasn’t flat”, rather loudly from the back. I love the coffee and beverages from Scooters; they never disappoint and are always on point. However, the service has been lacking significantly. Recently, I’ve noticed that the young ladies working at this location have not been very communicative, and they often lack smiles and basic customer service skills.
