Scooter's Coffee Rivergate

With so many choices for coffee, it comes down to the little things to earn your loyalty. Scooter’s does the little things well. The staff is always extra-friendly, dishing out compliments with their coffee, and the coffee is good quality, sporting cute lil stickers to make you smile. Highly recommend making a drive by! I order a large caramelicious with an extra shot and it lasts me to lunchtime 😊

This is not how Scooters coffee should taste. I’ve been to various locations even some outside of Nashville and this coffee is the worst. First time I tried it I was disappointed but just thought maybe it was a mistake I’ll try them again and it was still bad. Their blended beverages are like they blend the ice and pour it in a cup and then make a watered down coffee to pour on top. It tastes completely watered down. Don’t believe me? Try a location in Chattanooga and you’ll understand. And to put the cherry on top their scan system doesn’t work properly and I’m not even sure I got my app points. Will not be wasting any more money here.

I've come here a few times and every single time I am so pleased with the service! Absolutely exceptional! The customer service is amazing and all of the young ladies are so sweet and have a great attitude! Not to mention, the coffee is delicious! It's just a great way to start my morning!

I ordered a medium hot chocolate, the baristas gave me a medium hot coffee instead, after driving back up (after going all the way home) I received mediocre customer service and a warm cup of milk with maybe half a drop of chocolate. Never understood how a coffee place can suck at making hot chocolate. They could have at least added enough chocolate to make it drinkable.

This place has the best medium roast brewed coffee blend I have ever had. I would come here twice a day everyday. But for the last month when I ask for their medium roast scooters blend coffee nine out of 10 times they just brew some nasty stuff and expect people to not notice the difference. Some of them taste like nutmeg some of them taste like French vanilla some of them taste like all this stuff when they have the best medium rose blend I have ever had. One of the kids at work there even told me sometimes they just mix them all together and Brew them. Hell a month ago I ordered a small coffee and one of the kids handed me a warm water with coffee grains all in the bottom I guess they thought it was instant coffee and they tried to stir it in and it wouldn't stir in so they still gave i
