Scooter's Coffee

I ordered through the mobile app, which was very easy and efficient. I had a coupon and adding it to the order was a breeze. I ordered a Queen Frostine hot latte large, and a kids jolly smoothie combo with pretzel bites, added cheese dip. When I arrived at the 12th location the employee on the intercom was very friendly, when I got to the window I was greeted and asked to give them just a couple minutes to get my kids combo together. The staff was very courteous and friendly the whole time. My family genuinely enjoys scooters and happy that we have had good experiences at most all locations.

I had the blended Carmel latte. It was delish!! My order was ready in just a couple minutes. Great service. The drink itself was of course expensive. But coffee treats are always gonna be expensive. I wasn't sure if I was supposed to tip. I didn't see a tip jar but maybe next time I will offer b/c it seems right to tip if able. It's drive thru only.

They were very friendly and service was fast enough. The quality of the coffee was okay. We both had Lattee and mine was a Mocha Lattee . I'd give them 4 stars for a fast food McDonald's style coffee. So, it hits the spot in a pinch. My mocha was supposed to be one pump of syrup , but it's soon sweet , it taste like I'm drinking chocolate syrup with milk .

We r a neighboring business and we at times need donations for events. This Scooters ALWAYS is there for us and provides more then what we ask for ever time! Excellent costumer service! 👍

They’re just too fast. And took my Starbucks away from me. The other coffee shops can’t compete with the way Scooters coffee is absolutely crushing the coffee and customer service industry. Thanks ya’ll!
