Scooter's Coffee

Today I went through the drive-through around 1pm. I had the pleasure of speaking to the sweet young lady at the window. I don’t remember her name, but we spoke about books. It’s lovely to have someone show even the smallest amount of interest in your day. It shows acknowledgement and genuineness. I love that type of customer service!

Slowest coffee shop in Mt Juliet. Even if you order ahead on the app they won't make your order till you are *at* the window. Expect every vehicle in front of you to add 5min to your wait time, they are SLOW. If the drive thru is 2/3 full it is a half hour wait just for a coffee no matter the time of day. I don't recommend waiting here when there are faster, cheaper, better options right down the road.

I ordered the oat milk latte. The coffee was more of a medium roast, I personally prefer dark or bold dark coffee, but it was pretty tasty. I would recommend adding vanilla extract, but ask if it's pure vanilla not vanillin. Great customer service experience. I recommend giving them a try if you're traveling or on the go.

was excited to try Scooter’s Coffee for the first time this morning, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing. I was met with rude and rushed service from a barista named Ruby, who seemed irritated and gave attitude while taking my order. As a first-time customer, it definitely wasn’t the welcome I expected.

This place was just okay. Mediocre at best. I live in Cookeville but came down to work for a bit in Mount Juliet and decided to try this place for the first time. Upon entering, couldn't tell if you could eat inside or not so just went through the drive thru. The cashier was very sweet. I ordered a decaf latte with milk and vanilla and peppermint with cool whip and peppermint pieces. I also ordered a bacon ciabatta bread which originally comes with Gouda cheese which I'm not a fan of so I tried subsituting with cheddar instead and was told they couldn't substitute. Upon first taste I tasted no peppermint so I asked the cashier if I could have a few extra pumps of peppermint because I couldn't taste it. I told them I could pay for it if there was a cost. They gave me my coffee back, s
