Scooters Coffee: A Disheartening Experience for Families We were genuinely excited when Scooters Coffee advertised a fun fall activity — kids could paint a pumpkin, bring it in, and receive a free kids drink. It sounded like a sweet way to celebrate the season and engage the community. My child spent time and effort decorating their pumpkin, proud and eager to share it. But when we brought it in, we were met with confusion and disappointment. The staff told us the promotion had ended on October 15. The problem? The flyer we received had no date listed for when the pumpkins were due. No expiration, no deadline — just a cheerful promise of a free drink for participating kids. Absolutely love SCOOTERS!!! I wish they would open one in the Baytown area. The vertigo drinks are incredible as well as their smoothies & infusions. Locally owned franchise!

Lately, I have been disappointed with the quality of their drinks. The inconsistency in preparation suggests that it is a matter of who is making the drinks. Furthermore, the beverages are consistently underfilled and lack a generous serving of whipped cream. Consequently, they have lost our business and we will be taking our custom to Dutch Brothers.
