Scooter's Coffee

I have been here many times, as well as to the Onalaska location. They don’t tell you your price at the ordering microphone and conveniently charge you for the next size up and give you the larger size rather than what you actually order. This has happened to me over 10 times so at this point I know it’s not a coincidence. My last visit I called them on it and they lied and said they didn’t charge me for a large but they did. We won’t be back. Not a good business model. Too bad because the coffee is good. If I only want a medium, I should be charged for what I order. So disappointing.

Mixed experiences here. Mainly due to unqualified staff. My biggest complaint is last time we order two specialty drinks, they didn't include major ingredients/topping. I complained on the app and never heard anything back. Very frustrating to not be able to get refunded when they mess up an $8 coffee... I've used the contact link the Owner posted below twice with no replies. Every other established coffee place has an option to get refunds. Mistakes happen, but not having any sort of way to get in contact is very frustrating. Update 3- it's now been two weeks with no reply and three submissions to their online reporting which seemingly goes nowhere. I have reduced to 1 star. Complete lack of customer service. My Gosh, if I dint have places to go I would have enjoyed my snack in these ultra comfortable seats with a pretty nice view! This place is very comfortable and chillaxed energy along with being very clean & organized! Everything I have gotten here has been superb & all the staff have been very friendly & nice! I love their chocolate chip cookies but today I got their cinnamon roll thing and it’s just as 🔥

Customer service is absolutely terrible. Waited 15 minutes at the register being completely patient and understanding of the fact that they were busy. Not a single staff member bothered to acknowledge us and instead chose to ignore us. We gave Scooters a chance over Caribou but never again.

The customer service wasn’t really there for me. We go to Scooters all the time so it was disappointing. My drink tasted funny and my husbands wasn’t fully filled.
