I had the best experience going through the drive thru at this scooters in Hiawatha. Shelby was so kind and considerate and. Thanked me for stopping in. It was the best caramel macchiato I have ever had!!

One of my favorite locations. Always a good experience here. Quick, friendly, my order is always correct.

I asked it's a chocolate with sugared I said no I like chocolate in my coffee and yeah with sugared my blood pressure spiked like I haven't had sugar in over a year or better usually they did it I got sick 🤢🤢 I wish they listened

On May 12, I ordered a blender(large) and a medium drink. The blender was only half full, with the cream on top..My medium drink was a carmalicious, and they used the wrong milk and it caused me to get sick. I only drank half of it and threw it out. I reached out to the manager(who is very unprofessional) and she basically accused me of lying about my order being wrong since she has known the baristas for 2 years, and swears they wouldn't miss up a order.. okay but they did.. so I'm made out to be a liar? Horrible customer service... I will never come back to this location. If you want a good drink with better customer service, go to the marion location!!

Thank you for keeping the standard half and half on hand for my coffee!! All other scooters seem to have switched to the shelf stable half and half that gets chunky in the coffee and tastes weird. I am so thankful to live so close to a place where i can rely on a consistent and delicious cup of coffee!! Helps me get a great start to each day!
