I had a very disappointing experience at Scooter’s Coffee. I ordered an Americano and asked for 3 extra shots because I like my coffee strong. When I got the drink, it tasted like water—there was barely any coffee flavor at all. I went back and politely asked if they could make it stronger because it didn’t taste right. They told me, “That’s how an Americano is—it’s supposed to taste like water.” Still trying to give them a chance, I asked for 2 more shots, bringing it to a total of 5 extra shots—but even then, it still tasted watered down. For two more shot they gave me like that. I honestly don’t know if the shots were actually added or if the espresso was just that weak, but for over $11, it was not worth it. The drink had no flavor, and the response from the staff felt dismissive. I

If you want WATERED down, tasteless coffee and customer service delivered in a rude and angry fashion THIS is the perfect place to go! This past Sunday, I went through the drive through and ordered what I thought was a standard cold brew with pumpkin crème on top. What I received was EXCESSIVELY watered down and overly sweetened cold brew. Being that I just spent $7 dollars on a drink in THIS economy, I wanted what I paid for so I whipped back around and mentioned that the coffee was off but before I could even explain myself I was told to “scoot up”. The shift manager named MacKenna then shoved another watered down cold brew in my hand. I then asked why it tasted so sweet and she mentioned it was a “crème” based cold brew which is not clearly indicated on the menu as it looks like a da

Scooter’s Coffee always delivers fast, efficient, and super friendly service. The staff keeps things moving with a smile, and I love the fun energy—especially when they say “Scoot on up!” It’s those little touches that make the experience stand out. Great coffee, great vibes, and always a quick, easy stop to brighten your day!

My Chai latte was good but the service not so great. My first time trying Scooters and I wish it would have been different. I asked to get a minute to look at the menu and the cashier sighed and said “we’re about to close” like basically telling me hurry up. 😒 I don’t pay to much attention to ppls vibes but one thing I will always say is if you don’t like your job then go work somewhere else. We don’t come buy things to deal with employee attitude especially when I’m not giving you one. Do better please! Hoping my next visit is better. 🙃

Service was diabolically horrendous. First time going to this location and it was be my last. I am a regular scooter goer and i cannot eat gluten, so i always order the everything bagel but remove the bagel. The lady taking my order paused, and proceeded to just say no. I elaborated and told them i cannot have gluten to which i start being lectured about how the food comes pre packed. I do not have celiac. I know what i am ordering, and I am well aware of this as i work at a starbucks. We are always able to remove a part prior to heating. I am told to order egg bites instead. Never in my years of ordering this almost everyday has this ever happened. And in such a rude attitude. The customer service was disgraceful and disgusting I suggest the big non binary barista find a new job.
