Scooter's Coffee

Came through on my road trip. The manager (think her name was Chey) was absolutely amazing. Kind, professional, and well versed. I had never been to a Scooters before, but thanks to her and her coffee recommendation, I am going to drop my normal coffee establishment and patron Scooters from here on out! I just hope all of the people I come into contact with at Scooters are as amazing as she is. She’s top notch! Other establishments could learn a lot from Scooters on how to treat customers if this she is the standard.

Very upset we always order the same thing every weekend. And we pay 30 dollars everytime and once again order messed up. Last 3 times it has not been right white mocha with 3 extra shots and this time I got no shots and not even white mocha.

This is my gold this place started it all the staff is sooo amazing and make you feel like family! And the manager there she's so sweet and such a doll and will help u through anything if your indecisive like me!

I go here on my way to work. I have stopped in and ordered the same drink, different size and have paid the same amount for a small as a large. I decided to change it up this morning and order something different. I ordered a quencher and wasn't asked if I wanted lemonade, coconut milk or green tea. Got to the window and again wasn't asked. I again paid for a large drink and got a small.

Was at the drive threw and was told to hold on just a second and then 15 min later still sitting there and no one else was there. She forgot
