There very polite and quick but everytime go they mess up my drink all get is a kitkat blender

I usually love coming here, but today was terrible! I ordered a drink and it was wrong. She tried to tell me it was correct, but it was not. I ordered a smoothie with oat milk and they still put regular milk in there so I had to go all the way back to get a replacement. Then when I asked to get my other drink fixed she just wanted to argue with me. And she said she was right. What a waste of money today.

I can’t get a single blender or smoothie from this location without huge ice chucks to the point you can’t drink it or put the straw in. Today I asked for my matcha to be remade and it came back the same. Its worth it to drive to the spirit lake location if from Milford. It’s been a repeated problem here over the last year or better. Also, over $6 for a small smoothie is sad.

I'm one of the biggest supporters of Scooter's coffee however, my mind is beginning to change about the support I give. Multiple times I've been denied the use of my coupons received in the mail, able to receive reward points, and denied my rewards on my app. I'm continuously told with rude tone, "our scanner isn't working", "you can't use that coupon unless it's scanned into your app" then the app won't scan it in so I'm denied the use of the reward, "it isn't showing up on my screen", etc. It's frustrating that Scooter's "gives" these rewards but you're unable to use them. I'd rather support smaller coffee shops as they honor a points system, allow customers to redeem rewards, and if the "system isn't working" they make it right with the customer. Friendly service would be a major plus
