Scooter's Coffee

I ordered an iced drink today from Scooters. I'm not sure what was going on but the normal nice, happy, bubbly people weren't taking orders. She sounded like she didn't like her job and didn't want to be there. I asked for light ice, my entire cup was just basically ice. I don't drink it quickly enough so even when there's regular ice or gets watered down. So I basically wasted my money today. The gal at the window was really nice and happy. Maybe she should take the orders and speak to people??

🧋Everytime I have ever been at Scooters in Albert Lea, MN the Customer Service has been Amazing! ~They are so Friendly & Happy! My favorite food is the everything bagel & the cake pops. Thankyou for all your hard work!🙂

Always a good experience! The coffee is always energizing. The conversation is always friendly. And when they say "Scoot on around" brings a smile to my face!

The morning of July 26, 2025 my pregnant and diabetic wife ordered a sugar free decaf vanilla latte. Unfortunately for us we didn’t receive sugar free and my wife sugars spiked to a dangerous level both for her and our baby. I wouldn’t have written a 1 star review but after calling the store and politely informing them of their mistake (which happen and it’s fine) and asking for them to be more careful and observant. The staff member responded with “Thanks for calling, bye.” I will not recommend any scooters franchise moving forwarded but particularly the one in Albert Lea.

I scooted the heck over to Scooter's and boooooooy LET ME TELL YOU okay wait wait wait wait let me back up -- so first I woke up thinking "hot dog I would really sure enjoy a fine tasty brew of the finest Joe. A little morning sipski of that good spicy java would put the ol' pep in my step!" It was at this juncture that I then proceeded to ghost ride the whip on over to the Dunkin' Donuts lol more like Dumbin' Dimwits am I right (Dunkie if you're reading this I'm sorry I don't mean a word of it I swear I am just trying to score some sick Scooter's merch on the free I swear please don't turn your back on me) and boooooooy let me tell you that coffee tasted like BUNK and so it was at this moment that I then proceeded to scoot on over to Scootie-Patootie's and order me a doggone java and well
