***New Post*** We went for the Scoops Daily Special! Tuesday is Buy 1/ Get 1 Free on Small Shaved Ice. One got Bubble Gum & Blue Raspberry, the other Tiger's Blood & Bubble Gum. Generous portions, Great deal! ****************************************** First time checking out the place with the SQUARE ice cream scoops! I knew the second I saw it that my daughter would choose the pink and blue Cotton Candy flavor. My son had to try a few but went with a Chocolate Mint. Both opted for a sugar cone. I had researched what my options would be before coming. Dairy free included the Rainbow Sherbet and Dole Whip, which I'm not sure I've had before. They had Pineapple and Raspberry or said they could swirl it. It was yummy! Tart and sweet but not overwhelmingly so. Kids had to help me finish it

We just happened upon this shop as we passed thru Lincoln, ice cream was so good! First time I've ever seen square scoops so that was neat! Looks clean and organized, the lobby area was clean! I loved the napkin holders! 😍 Only 4 stars cause the lobby was full because there was only one person working and we had to wait a little bit. But we'll Def stop again next time we come thru!

The staff were very kind and the ice cream was excellent!

Went to get ice cream and they were closed at 7 with the doors locked. All the light were on and the open sign was on and 3 kids were at the register. Online it says they close at 9 . I was disappointed and really wanted ice cream.

Ermahgerd!!! Ashby's ice cream is incredible. Plus they have tons of snow cone flavors. If you're looking for a yummy treat, this is the place to go.
