Absolutely love the coconut sugar cookie, but they are all fantastic! A no brainer for anyone suffering from celiac, allergies, or just looking for vegan options. These cookies are seriously the best! I have a bunch of food sensitivities, so finding treats that I can actually enjoy is hard. But Scoops Baking Co. nailed it. The cookies are soft, perfectly sweet, and you’d never guess they’re gluten-free, dairy-free, and made with all clean ingredients. You can really taste the quality and care that goes into each one. Honestly, they’re better than most regular cookies I’ve had! If you haven’t tried them yet, you’re missing out.

I met these cookies at the Plainville Balloon Festival. The experience from start to finish was comforting, fun, safe, and delicious! I have been gluten free and dairy free for over 10yrs and LOVE finding small businesses that hold space for that! Simple ingredients for a healthier treat that tastes better than most of the chemical crap out there. To spice up my review, my sister went into labor one night and ended up needing a C-section. I was bringing dinner to the hospital at a late hour. Being a HUGE dessert family, I called every bakery around to find a dairy free gluten free dessert bc I did not have time to make any and knew my sister would love a treat but was having no luck. Absolutely lovely service, the cookies are amazing. I love my junk food, but their cookies taste so much better than store bought. I didn’t think I would like them because they are healthy. I won’t eat store bought anymore more, now that I have had their healthy and delicious cookies. Scoops for the win. 🫶🏻

The cookies were amazing! I bought a full dozen of snickerdoodle, funfetti, and oatmeal raisin cookies expecting they would last at least a couple days but they were all gone by the time I got back! Grey was incredibly nice and I’m so glad I was able to find them since I have friends who can’t have gluten and they loved them as well. 10/10!!!
