Our normal ice cream spot in the area was closed for the winter so we searched Yelp and found this place. It's a small little shop. They don't have seating inside, but they have a small patio that is heated. They have a great variety of unique flavors. I ended up getting Eggnog and Butterscotch Vanilla. They were both soft and creamy. I loved them. They are very friendly and let you sample as much as you want. If you want great ice cream with friendly employees, come here!

One of my all time fave places for ice cream!! Everyone is so friendly, and they have an expansive variety of flavors. (Graham Slam is my personal favorite). Plus, a good number of toppings are free and self service!

Hours are terrible they are never open! The website and Google say they are open, we show up and 9/10 times they are closed! Infuriating and challenging with young kids! Great ice cream, but terrible business management.

Scoops and Smiles is the best! We came with 40 kids and adults for an impromptu birthday party and they were so accommodating. They’re so friendly and the ice cream is delicious! A friend is very allergic to nuts and they were very allergy-safe when serving a her. Thank you Scoops and Smiles!!!
