Service and atmosphere are great. Love the design and how friendly the staff are. However, I was there with the opening and I remember there being all these ice cream options, even weird ones like corn flavored ice cream, and dairy free options for lactose intolerant people. Now, there is only soft served ice cream. They are more focused on drinks and hot food/pasteries/baked goods then they are on the ice cream aspect, which is what they intended to open to be. They do have good energy drinks. But otherwise I feel like they got too wrapped up in the flow, and lost their true origins of being a very cool, fun, ice cream shop in pana. (P.s. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch and they forgot about it in the back , I waited thirty whole minutes in order to get a sandwich that wasnt burnt to a ch

The Baristas are extremely friendly! I always get amazing service when I’m there! This is by far the best coffee/ice-cream place in the area! The employees and owners especially make it worth while, no where else in the area do you get such amazing service!

While visiting family in the area, we stopped by and fell in love with this place. The story is awesome and so is the coffee and ice cream. The staff was very friendly and we loved the ambiance of the shop. Will visit again when back in town.

Scooped is an adorable ice cream/ coffee shop. We had Carmel ice cream and lemon that was delicious. Coffee and Carmel Latte great as well, but oh the chocolate chip cookie! My husband ate one then had to buy another! He gave it a rating of 11. The servers were very nice and seemed genuinely happy to be there.

Great place with amazing drinks and snacks!!! Historic location converted into an ice cream shop, with coffee and deserts. Fast friendly staff, fun table games, great for the whole family!
