Schwan's Home Delivery

This is for Schwan's Home delivery. I disagree with some decisions being made by this company. For instance, when you're awaiting a delivery before July 4th independence day holiday and you get a notification that says that it's been rescheduled, that's just wrong. Also, when a Schwan's Home Delivery truck stops at your house and the driver asks if you'd like something, and you decide to buy ice cream but can't because they're back ordered or out of stock or whatever; that's not acceptable for an "Ice cream" company. The ice cream is really good, and other products are really good, however the outsourcing to other companies for food products is unacceptable. This is not a restaurant or walk in store. They do home delivery frozen foods. Call for a salesman to bring a catalogue to your home, or check out their website and order online. The variety of foods is incredible, good luck choosing. I deliver frozen foods to this little warehouse. These guys are great and do the best job they can with the limited number of people they have to get the truck unloaded with. (2)

We used to order from the swans company and the people were very kind hearted and very prompt very serious very promotional the whole 9 yards but here lately they’ve slacked off big time I mean really slack off they don’t show up at your house I mean the last people we had were awesome people they would give me a phone number to call me or text me and asked me if I was going to be home or when I would be home from work I mean very respectful very kind hearted gentleman that deliver to our house and I live in Heron lake Bunnell they give you a number to call and nobody ever answers it nobody nobody ever returns a phone call to me it’s very inappropriate I mean I’ve left my number they would usually leave a sticker on my door and tell me when they’re gonna be back if they miss me and they do
