Always have great service until a driver gives two week notice and a replacement driver hasn't been hired. Not a single notification from the company nor a single visit to serve their customers. We have not had service in 6 weeks or more. I would think management would be in the trucks to service their customers but no they sit in the office. We are getting used to other products to replace the Schwan's products we used to purchase. I would say on avg. We spent close to a $120 per visit. The local Schwan's company is ran very poorly. We are most likely done purchasing from this company
Schwans has always and forever gave me great service and the food is amazing!
Very professional and friendly folks.
