My family lives here. I only gave it a 3 star because they do not keep it very clean. Always got some kinda bugs. It used to be mostly older people, now they are letting younger people stay there and it has been causing issues down there. It's okay if you have no where else to go but I wouldn't recommend it. Should keep this place 65 and older. Just my opinion
