The customer service here is second to none. If you are purchasing from them, they treat you better than family. No fee for purchasing with cc as well. That's kind of unheard of these days.. thanks Joanne, you and your team are the absolute best!

There are many great things about this company but, unfortunately many negative experiences in my short time with Schultz. I am a chef for a bar and grill in Forest park and I have been ordering from them for about a month now. CONS: *Had an order arrive a week late due to it not being properly placed (on their end.) *Called customer service for my area and talked to Maria about not receiving items I paid for. She promised to call back the same day. she never called back. That was a week ago. *Closed weekends and they don't deliver on Wednesdays. *I was told i could have the delivery driver call thirty minutes before arriving but, most of the time he calls once he arrives. Just today the driver called saying he was there. I told him someone would be there in 20 minutes and for whateve

Been ordering from Schultz supply for a few years now. Our representative, John, is always prompt and ready when I need to place an order for our restaurant. Great customer service and helpful staff! We will continue to use Schultz supply for our restaurant ordering needs.

Place is close to my bar. I walked in and was handed a catalog. Waited for 10 minutes for help. Maria greeted me but then took a personal call. Waited another 15 minutes and she didn't come back. I ran to restaurant depot to get what I need. Unfortunately I won't come back here.

Schultz Supply is an absolute terrible company. They have no understanding of what good customer service is and they have no desire to retain any customers since they choose to treat them so poorly. They are unreliable when placing orders because they constantly forget to place them; and they are not trustworthy because they quote you one price but then charge you another. I will never do business with this company ever again, and I suggest no one else ever try them out.
