Schnucks Sierra Vista

If by any chance you have to go in the morning when they open be prepared to wait in line at 6am with 1 cashier talking more than ringing out customers and 9 times out of 10 self check out isn't open... very bad when you are pressed for time you will be late for work. Most of time self check out employee's are talking to each other more than helping you later in the day when you need their help. The store needs a over hall bad

This has been my store for over 30 years; it used to be a National. As the demographics of the area have changed, so has the merchandise. There are now many products I just can’t find. So now I just use it to run in and pick up basics. If I need to do a full shopping trip I go to another location or Dierbergs.

I tried to call ahead and place an order for catfish, but was told they don’t take phone orders and that I would need to come in and place it at the counter. That makes no sense why should I have to drive up just to order and then stand around waiting while it cooks? There’s no real waiting area, and the whole process feels very inconvenient and unorganized compared to other stores. Definitely not a great customer experience.

Had an employee get mad because we were about to go out the wrong door...My first time at this location and was trying to find my way out from the pharmacy...Absolutely unexpectable behaviour

Was great sometimes a bit bit busy but over pretty okay location.
