Baker Schmillen operates her bakery from her home kitchen. The sourdough she makes definitely ranks at the top! I must admit that I was pleasantly surprised to find such delicious sourdough in the Waco area. She sells her baked goods from a glass pantry on her front porch. She has a price list and an honor box to collect her cash.
Absolutely delicious bread, fun flavors (cinnamon sugar is our fave!!) and always consistent quality! It’s never let me down. Love that it’s easy to order and pickup!
Bread was fresh and delicious! Emily has great communication to arrange pickup/delivery. The ordering process is super user friendly!
Some of the best bread I've bought and a lot of different flavors to suit your needs.
