Schlotzsky's

Came pretty late and they were close to closing up which is rude I know but I have a 7 month at home and run on their schedule. I’m also pregnant and had a craving. They were super sweet and even had to go make some things from scratch they had none ready since it was so late. I felt bad but they were so super nice about it and even apologized for the wait (which wasn’t a long wait at all felt like just a few min) they threw in a free drink and a bag of chips as well for the wait which again wasn’t a long wait. So nice ! Would definitely go to this location over any other!!

Schlotzkys never fails to disappoint me on when it comes to their food. But i want to add that this particular store could use a small bust in customer service energy. I was not greeted when I came in. The lady just put down her rag and walked to the register. She didn't ask what I wanted, just waited for me to tell her. She wasn't rude by any means, she may didn't come across as friendly. As for the atmosphere, the dining area was clean but incredibly cramped. Lots of seating in a small space. If they had a busy rush, I hope half their orders are to go. Otherwise their the customers are going to be sitting on top of one another. The past few orders this month all the sourdough bread has been super hard almost old. Our sweet teas have nothing but sugar at the bottom of the cups, like they didn’t have sweet tea on hand so they “tried” to mix sugar in cold tea! Kinda disappointing

I tried the sausage and peppers calzone at Schlotzsky's and it was really good! The calzone was a decent size, definitely enough for two meals. The flavors were spot on and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Great value and taste, highly recommend!

The food here is DELICIOUS. I just recently started going here because they had soups and I had oral surgery so I tried them out. The soups are amazing so I tried the sandwiches and salads they are good BUT don’t leave without checking your food. The three times I have been back for non soup items thing have been left off, forgotten or there will be one small liver of onion on a sandwich. So just check your food and it’ll be amazing! I’ll be back!
