Schlotzsky's

Pulled up to the drive thru and it took over 5 minutes to get an answer from an employee. I ordered a sandwich and a large Mac n cheese and drink which was a total of $22. The sandwich was good the best part of the meal but the Mac and cheese tasted awful, sour over cooked I couldn’t eat it. Won’t be back for the overpriced food alone.

Went to drive thru, was told had to use app. Used app and chose “drive thru,” told to pull forward along with 3 other vehicles. After 10 minutes everyone went inside to check on food and was told it was being made. Girl at counter said the food was being made when all along everyone’s food was set out in the Inside Pickup counter getting cold. We would have never received our food. Bad service and rude employee at front.

We were told to wait out by the curb for our food and it would be brought to us. We waited 15 min. Three people in the drive through passed by us. Walked in and our was waiting in the mobile pick up order after we had been waiting outside for 15 min. After that the order was wrong and had to go back in to correct it.

The cashier inside (probably in her 40s) was very helpful. The place was empty and she even talked to me while she was cleaning tables. The food was still pretty good by the time I drove 1.5 hrs to home. The bathroom is where it all went downhill. It was worse than a middle-of-nowhere convenient store that hasn't been cleaned in a year, and a homeless person has been living in there type of dirty. The pictures say it all. Well, except for the smell. Thankfully you can't smell these pictures.

Love their Sandwiches! They are really good tasting & made fresh. Friendly employees and helpful! Clean restaurant! Love their cinnamon rolls too! Amazing tasting!
