Messed up my order. Gave me a regular chicken avocado pizza instead of the flatbread. Clearly says flatbread in my online order. They don’t answer their phones to help fix the issue. Paid over $40 for the meal and expect WAY better service than this. Very disappointed.

This place is being run wrong in a big way! 1. The food was good as always, but the service sucked. The guy at the counter, Cody, had to be told everything twice. Was today his first day or something? 2. Then, instead of fixing the television so that it played something to entertain their guests (all TWO of us), he decided a better idea was to turn it off all together. He said it was because they were closing soon, but there was more than an hour before closing. 3. Finally, as I was leaving, I wanted to top off my unsweet tea. The dispenser was missing. When I asked the other guy behind the counter about it, he lied and said they were out, even though the tank was almost full when I originally got some, and there was no one else in the store! Is this store ever wants customers to come

5 People in party - we all ordered Pizza - All pizzas delivered individually - could not eat together without it getting cold Two tvs on but only one working. Very bland customer service. Cashier had trouble taking pizza orders.

We ordered online in the app and took about 15 minutes to arrive. Once we got there we let them know we had an order. They asked for our name and let them know. They looked and couldn't find the order. We showed them in the app the confirmation number, the order, the location it showed that matched where we were. All we were continually told was that they didn't have it in their system. I asked what we could do or could be done. The only answer was that they didn't have it in their system. My wife was upset at the total lack of helpfulness complained that they weren't being helpful and left. The worker said that there was no reason for my wife to treat them that way even though my wife didn't say anything specifically about the employee apart from them not wanting to do anything to

worst service! The lady wouldn't give me my $5 sandwich deal because I didn't order on the app. I wasn't sure what time my work meeting was over, so i didn't want to order ahead. I've been coming to Schlotzsky's for years! I'll never come back to this location. These ladies aren't happy with their job, and it shows no hospitality!
