Delicious food, great atmosphere, and service that goes above and beyond. My very first visit to Scelto was nothing short of impressive, all thanks to our waiter, Merwin. He was not only incredibly friendly but also offered fantastic recommendations to my friends and me, which was greatly appreciated. I am already looking forward to my next visit and will most certainly be recommending Scelto to others.

We went for New Year’s Eve and it was very busy, but despite the crowds everything was amazing. The service was good, though a bit slower than on a normal night, which others in our party mentioned based on previous visits. The atmosphere feels more like a nice downtown restaurant rather than something you’d expect in Sandy. It’s very nicely appointed and inviting. We started with the calamari, which was excellent. It was lightly breaded, cooked perfectly, and paired with a really delicious garlic aioli. I ordered the sea bass and it was phenomenal. Perfectly cooked with incredible flavor. My husband had the short ribs and said they were fantastic. Others in our group ordered the carbonara and the short rib ravioli, and every single plate was completely cleaned by the end of the meal. We started with the bruschetta board and the burrata. Both were excellent. The pears in the burrata dish tasted like eating flowers, but in a strangely delicious way. When you mixed the pears in with the rest of the dish, especially the pistachios, it was lights out. We had the short rib and carbonara with crispy chicken for our main dishes. Both were amazing. My carbonara started great, but once I had the carbonara mixed in well with the chicken it got even better. We finished with the creme brulee. I'll say I'm not usually a dessert guy, or a creme brulee guy. But... the starters and main were so good, and the pictures of the creme brulee from another guest looked perfect, so we went for it. 10/10 amazing flavor and textures. I had such a great experience at Scelto! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and inviting — a perfect mix of modern and cozy. The food was absolutely delicious. The pasta was fresh, rich, and flavorful, and the steak was perfectly cooked and beautifully plated. Every dish tasted carefully crafted with high-quality ingredients. Our server, Win, was fantastic — attentive, friendly, and made us feel really well taken care of without ever being overbearing. We started with the Scelto Cocktail and a refreshing mocktail—both were absolutely fantastic. The calamari appetizer was perfectly prepared and so flavorful. For our mains, we had the Carbonara with salmon and the Chicken Parmesan, and both dishes were beyond delicious—every bite felt like comfort and quality on a plate. We finished with the crème brûlée and tiramisu, and they were the perfect sweet ending—so rich and absolutely delightful.
