Very happy with how helpful Scarlett’s flowers was with delivering a bouquet to a friend on my behalf as I ordered on the phone from across the country. I provided my budget, went with designers choice, and they took a few requests down regarding color vibrancy, design etc. The bouquet delivered quickly, and as you can see in the photo, it is extremely gorgeous. Thank you so much for being an easy and trustworthy solution to help me bring comfort to a friend during a difficult time for her. Will recommend your services and use again!

I had the most beautiful flower arrangement delivered as a surprise to my office. These flowers were stunning!!! The beautiful smell lasted for days and nearly everyone commented how amazing they were. Came with a bear and a balloon too!!!

I've ordered flowers for an important occasion that meant a lot to the person to whom this product was intended and me, and resulted in a great, expensive disappointment. Not only were the delivered flowers old, but they were also nothing like the advertised product in terms of the number of flowers and size. This is simply unacceptable

I am at work, but submitting this as a receiver/consumer of their products. I speak only for my experience, not my company's. I briefly looked at the most recent review saying they've only received flowers from here that "took their breath away." I can relate but it was not in a good way. Please see the attached pictures of the "Designers Choice" for my birthday, which was paid for by my 82 year old mother. Compare these to the pictures on their website of their "Designers Choice." When we called them to inquire/complain...we sent the pictures in...They had no pride or qualm in telling us, this is good.? You be the judge. For us, they lost a customer and I do not recommend trusting "their choices" to anyone.

I’m always so pleased with the products that’s are sent from Scarlett’s. I chose the designer choice for Christmas as a gift and couldn’t be happier. Flowers are fresh, no wilting. The design is great. The staff even called to double check prior to delivery on delivery details.
