I am on a special diet and was looking for a place that served fish at a reasonable price. Most restaurants in the Ironbound area were pricey Seafood restaurants with white glove service, and by chance I stumbled upon ScFitness. I was happy to pay $17 for their grilled salmon meal. I originally ordered dine-in but changed it to-go as the smoke alarms would not stop beeping every few seconds. Overall not a bad spot for healthy eating on a whim.

Best fitness restaurant in newark You cannot go wrong choosing to go there. The owner of the place is great, she is wonderful and very nice to talk to. Also the staff there is awesome, they are very friendly and the service was spectacular But the food is AMAZING, everything is tasty and fresh!!! I swear i could eat everyday there if I could. If you're in doubt have no fear go there and you will not regret it!

Started a new fitness journey 3 years ago and am so happy that I found SC Fitness! Sabrina makes quality healthy foods according to your diet needs. Food is never boring and there is always a variety to choose from while staying healthy. Food is fresh and tasty! Excellent customer service and great prices! I highly recommend this restaurant.
