Sbarro

I had recently taken a trip to sbarro in New Towne mall just in the past few weeks, and I would just like to express my disdain for how the manager treated this poor kid! I walked to get my food, and the kid (i believe he was new) was struggling with something when it came to the cooker the pizza goes into. The manager screamed at him, asking why he couldnt do anything right!!! Thats horrible!!! Respectfully, how could a manager treat someone so poorly?? And I think what made it even worse was that it was the general manager (per her name tag) who was bullying this poor kid! I'm not sure if this company just doesn't care about who they hire as managers, but this manager needs to be fired! And she had poor customer service, giving me dirty looks when I couldn't hear what she said. Honestly

Stopped to get some food after shopping tonight. Service was top notch! Got pizza and spaghetti and both were great as well.

Food was good, the younger girls are always the sweet and always seem to make the best out of everything. But the manger treats the workers and customers awful.

Dude. The Stromboli had my BUSSY wet. Great service and food

I’m a Jersey girl I’ve been living in Ohio for 10 years and the only place that I can get delicious pizza is Sbarro. My son and I always get the cheese New Yorker oh my gosh, it’s always so delicious.
