contrary to the other reviews written, we came around closing time and the staff were great! they werent overly “customer service-y” which to me is a good thing. The cashier was efficient, well mannered and helped us out greatly. The cooks behind him were working professionally and proficiently. There was someone trying to return a pizza because they wanted it cooked more but the cooks informed them that they couldn't just put the pizza back in the oven because they had already touched it and that would be cross contamination and that made me feel better about them being clean. So if you want your pizza well done i suggest letting them know before you get your pizza. Other than that, our experience was great our food was great and i would DEFINITELY come back to her every time.

Great place, me and my husband come often, all the workers are quick to help! Nice employees and tasty food.

What amazing pizza!!! We absolutely loved it. The staff was happy, smiling and seemed to enjoy their selves! We will definitely be back..again and again and again!!

Greetings dear community of visitors, I had the opportunity to visit Sbarro for a slice of cheese pizza ( I wanted the spinach Stromboli but they did not have it) . I paid for it and I requested a glass of water and the lady wanted to charge me 50 cents. Beyond rude and disgusting service.

I want to give a big thank you to Sandra, the manager at the Sbarro inside the Inn of the Mountain Gods. She went above and beyond for my family, especially in helping with my mother’s dietary needs since she has diabetes. Sandra was very conscientious and accommodating. She made sure my mom was served quickly so she could eat on time, and she took the extra step of explaining the wait for our pizza with added toppings. Not only did she make sure everything was handled smoothly, but she also personally brought the food to our table. Her kindness, attentiveness, and warm attitude made us feel like we were the only customers in the food court. That level of care is something you don’t see often, and it made our visit a truly positive experience. Five stars for Sandra! She's the kind of manag
