I used to love Sbarro’s as a kid, it was always my go-to stop in the mall. The fire oven pizzas were something special back then, with that crispy crust and fresh out of the oven flavor. Unfortunately, this location just isn’t the same. The slices are ran through a warmer instead of fire oven , and while the taste was okay, it definitely didn’t live up to the memories of what Sbarro used to be. My biggest gripe, though, was the service. After spending $13 on two slices, I asked for a cup of water and was told they couldn’t give one because they’re “not affiliated with AAFES.” That’s just disappointing customer service, especially for such a simple request. Overall, the nostalgia was the best part of the experience…the pizza and service, not so much.

I was told by your cashier named Ella that your restaurant don’t acknowledged or give 10% discount using IMilSTAR Card because they are not part of AAFES! Is that correct?

I tried to order a large supreme pizza, I was told it would take 40 minutes, while I was on line I saw one of the worker pulling out a supreme pizza and placing it on the display counter.

Employee making pizzas was wearing a beard net but did not wear gloves 👎🏻
