Sbarro

Food is fine, it's pizza. It's fine and gets you filled. The dislike I see is a little over exaggerated, it's not gourmet neopolitan from a local shop but it's not bad. The nice man at front offered a free sample then offered a free slice with my one slice. If that's not great customer service idk what is.

I always try to grade in comparison to other locations when reviewing a chain. If you don’t know what Sbarro is like, read someone else’s review. But this is a bad Sbarro. Service was bad, as bad as it can be in an establishment where you just ask for a thing and pay for it. Then I ate two bites of the same thing I’d order at any Sbarro, threw it out, shopped while hungry, and went to Chick Fil A on the way home. Judging by the average review score, im not alone here.

We visited this location during our visit to the philadelphia outlet mall .We ordered pizza slice and breadsticks. Huge selection of pizza, baked ziti, and sphagetti. You go in line and place the order, and the food preparation takes around 5 to 10 minutes. The cheese pizza and bread sticks both tasted really good. Give it a try !!

New management is awesome!! Updated recipes are delicious! The bread sticks are an absolute must!!! White pizza is best around!!
