Solid pizza for mall pizza but very expensive definitely would eat here again, but my wallet will feel the pain again

On October 30th at approximately 1:00 I orders 2 strombolis to go. The employee cut them in half and dropped one half on the floor. I don't know why he only sent the half instead of giving me a new one. I didn't realize I only got a half one until today when I went to warm them up. Why,? So I literally paid $ 17.00 for this!? I told him they didn't need to be warmed up and he said" you could have told me that before " well I just did. That's why I stopped you before they went into the oven. The only nice person was the female cashier. I am so disappointed and annoyed with the attitude. I don't get out much due to my husband's limited mobility but this has to be addressed. Rude employee and half of the food I paid full price for. Update : I still haven't heard anything back from the comm

first time ever trying this place, employee waited for the manager to come up to the front to even start serving. Our order proceeded to check out and he only had one when I had asked for two spaghetti meals was super slow in getting our food did not offer napkins or utensils and as for the spaghetti, Most of the spaghetti was raw or cold and stiff and just came with a lot of water. also found a random mushroom in my spaghetti?? the meal for just one is 10.99 each how did my total come out for $32??

The GM served our family today and was really nice. This is my go to spot after ball games to get some fresh pizza. Thank you again!

While there this weekend I gave the cashier a $50 bill but watched him enter that I only gave him $40. He then shorted me $10 of my change. When I told him the amount was wrong, he immediately admitted to what he did and handed me my $10. Thieving employees are the worst!
