I ordered the breakfast burrito on grubhub to pick up from the store location. I specifically left a note, “No cheese” because I have an allergy. Once I got my food, I opened it to check before I left and there was cheese in it. I simply asked the workers to remake it and they did. Although they made about 20 orders before remaking mine because of their mistake. I then finally received my food and the person that handed it to me made a comment to me and her coworkers talking smack about me and how it was somehow my fault that my order was incorrect. Not wanting to cause any further problems, I then leave and go back to my apartment. Finally I open my food and in my breakfast burrito, there was once again cheese. This place is messed up and the so called ceo is so rude, save your bucks people else you will be traumatised for life!!! And they do not refund for the order that you place and they cancel!!! And whats funny is that the worker said she made my order but then refused her claim, they are definitely into money and not professionalism and they do not care about customers

Avoid! Horrible, everytime I go theres a mistake or they put basically no meat on my sandwhich or will just forget it. It's everytime I go.

Honestly super disappointed in the service here. I understand it can get busy, but when I showed up this morning It was pretty empty with only 4 other people in the cafe who already had their food/coffee. The cashier was very nice, but her coworkers were not. The one coworker cut me off mid order to swipe someone else’s card, which is fine, but I got no explanation as to why I had to reorder and why someone behind me got to order before me. Then I repeated the order (hot tea, egg and cheese sandwich), and another coworker was super confused that I wanted food. I told her what I wanted and she said there were 50 people ahead of me so it would be a long wait. At that point i’ve been ordering for over 10 minutes so I decided to leave, and the coworker that told me about the wait made a smart
