The food is great. My complaint is .. there are only 2 employees working both the drive thru and walk ins. Had to wait a long time for both service and food. The ice machine is broken. So you get warm drinks. It’s freezing inside. Thermostat set at 60 … meanwhile it’s 12 degrees outside. I get your trying to keep your p&l down and costs down but where’s the dam customer service??? Sad day in Lincoln Park 😔

Slow as can be i waited over 20 mins for my food and got rock solid hard burger I couldn't even eat. My shake was liquid. Terrible experience! Got no receipt. Lady up front too busy on her phone while the other lady was working. I like this place but wow was it bad today.

Nice Experience here. The guy working the drive-thru was pleasant and accomodating. I only ordered the Chicken Strips and for 12 pieces and bread and 4 sauces on the side was good..$20 bucks. It filled me and 2 other people up for lunch. I will be back. Thank you!

The food is good my kids love it the prices are high but what makes me mad is we pay for the food and the delivery fees we should get what we order and paid for. We had the food delivered and we paid a lot and even gave a tip high tip at that and we did not get our shake when I called the driver said that they delivered what the restaurant gave them I called the place and they said they could not do anything because they had no driver the only thing was that they would give us credit for a future order which I found wrong because we wanted the shake with our order now so I did go get the shake that is already pricy and I thought they would at least have return the money for the shake and delivery charges since I did have to go pick up the shake myself. But no they did not even attempt to

The food was phenomenal!! Can't wait to go back and try a shake. I was too full to get one today. I had chicken fingers and a burger. Took the chicken slider home. Their ranch was really good too.
