Saverino's Italian-American Kitchen & Raw Bar

Crisp, fresh oysters, housemade ricotta, perfectly cooked pasta. We loved the salty / sweet combination of the capers and dates with roasted cauliflower. The Tahiti sauce with the cauliflower added the perfect umami balance. The meatballs and red sauce have to be a handed down family recipe, so satisfying. Love the casual family vibe with delicious food. What more could you ask for?

This is a must try for Cottonwood great service and food with drinks! We both needed to go boxes the portion is generous so large sandwich with wonderful pasta salad! THANK YOU!!!for a great lunch I’ll definitely be back soon!

My husband and I came into the restaurant yesterday afternoon for lunch. When we arrived, we waited for a while before we were greeted. Once seated we were given our menus and an opportunity to order. We ordered a Ceasars salad, vodka chicken Parmesan sandwich, a sprite, and a spicy Italian sandwich. During the time we waited for the food to come out the staff was arguing quite a bit about a review that was put in. The owner Marcus seemed to be handling things very well but there was a waitress who was throwing a bit of a tempertantrum about the whole thing. She was on her cell phone during our entire visit and constantly leaving the building. At one point she left and slammed the door. Mind you this is a small establishment so all of the customer could hear and see what was going on. I a

I was so excited to try Saverino's and I know it JUST opened but I was a little taken back by the lack of customer service. Unfortunately, I didn't even get a chance to taste the food. They were busy for sure but there were plenty tables still open and I was placing a TO GO order. When I wasn't acknowledged at the door I walked over the bar. Still no one on the staff said a word to me until I asked to place a to go order and if I could see a menu. I was given the menu, made my selections and waited. I finally had to ask, " May I please place my order?", I was then told I have to wait a minute. OK, not a problem, again they were not packed and both waitresses walked by me several times and would not take my order, as if they couldn't see me. The one waitress who told me to wait, just

"There's a new kid in town..." ...and what a great addition they are! Six of us dined there last evening. Ladies were happy with their Cosmos and Lemon Drops. Guys were happy with their Buffalo Trace Old Fashions. The food was authentic and excellent! And the prices were more than reasonable. I gave the atmosphere a 5, but that's because they had to hustle to get it open. They were under a crunch to transition from the previous tenants. I am sure it will be very nice when they are complete. We had a delightful time. The service was excellent. The chef came out to make sure we were happy. We will be back!
