Saucy by KFC

Stopped by Saucy by KFC on Waters Ave and had a great experience. The restaurant was clean and well-kept, which made the visit even better. The staff was very helpful and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They also have plenty of sauces to choose from, which really lets you customize your meal just the way you like it. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable stop.

Edit: Knocked service down to 2 stars and overall to 4 stars. Their kiosks are a major pain-point. They want to build a busy, successful business, and these go completely against the model. I had 4 people ahead of me and each took a few minutes. It’s not the user’s faults, either. The menu isn’t very dense, but they’re offering a load of sauces, which aren’t the traditional ones you’d typically expect (just honey mustard, sweet & sour, regular bbq), so you’re compelled to read through the ingredients list for each. It’s kinda insanity and they really should have the ability to drive through sales faster with regular registers too. This return experience was unfortunate because it was so frustrating I felt the need to hop on here and update my review. Excellent. I really hope it stands the

The food was great to me with their own twists on the chicken ! I LOVED the inside! Very cool vibe ! Great atmosphere and wonderful customer service 👏 Carlos was great at showing me menu options and had wonderful customer service !!

It’s new and im trying to accept the change.. its a cute/silly rebrand “tendies” and “sammies” for sandwhiches.. fun and super friendly hard working people. Love the environment. Only real sad part for me is Buffalo Bleu sauce.. i came to this spot expecting pdq because i didnt know it was rebranding, i had pdq in mind for their sauce.. so a little sad and surprised but if you like new and fun, this place is very cool and friendly!! Just opened Monday. Quality of food is still very good!
