Update 3/2024: Ordered for delivery while in Illinois and the experience was just as great as the first time. The young woman who took our order was patient, kind and very accommodating. She read back our order for accuracy and totally nailed it. Delivery was fast and when it arrived it was delicious, hot, fresh and accurate! The delivery person delivered with a smile and an amazing personality. We enjoyed EVERY delectable morsel and this is definitely a "go to" spot for us when we visit the Northbrook, Illinois area. As a loyal customer who has ordered from Sarpino’s Northbrook at least twice a month for years, I am compelled to share my recent, deeply disappointing experience. On a recent evening, I placed an order expecting the usual quality and service. Instead, I waited over an hour and a half for delivery, which significantly disrupted my family’s evening routine and delayed my children’s bedtime. When the pizzas finally arrived, both were completely burned—inedible and far from the standard I’ve come to expect. Additionally, I received the wrong sauce, despite having paid extra for the correct one. I attempted to resolve the issue by calling the restaurant. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. This pizzeria is the definition of quality and care from the very first bite to the very last. You can immediately tell how fresh everything is — from the dough that’s clearly made fresh daily, to the vibrant, flavorful sauce that tastes like it’s crafted from the ripest tomatoes, to the cheese that’s so fresh it practically melts in your mouth. Every ingredient bursts with authenticity and flavor, and it all comes together in the most perfect pizza you could ask for. On top of the amazing food, the staff here deserve just as much credit. They’re welcoming, attentive, and genuinely care about making sure you have the best experience possible. It feels like they treat every order, big or small, with the same level of pride and respect.
