The chicken teriyaki with white rice is good, and the service is average

I always have such a great experience every time I visit this spot. The staff is consistently sweet, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. They make you feel valued from the moment you walk in. Their service is always quick, friendly, and thoughtful, and they go out of their way to make sure everything is just right.

Not going this place anymore. Ordered 2 Chicken Teriyaki and another promotional $4 chicken Teriyaki. The meat of the chicken teriyaki is very small, hard and dry, tasty was terrible. It looks and tasty like it was cooked long time ago and I felt it like it was leftover food from someone else. I throw it away. That's way buy 2 combo 1 get $4 food garbage. The other 2 chicken teriyaki were little better but not good either.

Received what we ordered but the taste wasn't near what Chicken Teriyaki tastes like in the mall and/or at other Sarku Japan locations. Everything taste different here and it is missing the Teriyaki flavor even though they add the sauce.

The only thing that I have to say about this place is; excellent, excellent. The sushi is very fresh. Melts like butter in your mouth and all around the food is perfect. I'm a sushi lover and my only wish is to have a place like that next to me. I live in Clifton, but the trip is worth it. The place is very clean. The staff is very friendly, especially the manager Meng and Michael. Meng always do magic with the food. The more I go there the more I like it. Thanks Sarku. Thanks Meng.
