Sarku Japan

Overall, the food was the same as any other Sarku place I’ve visited so far and the line is much shorter compared to Panda Express if you want a quick bite. The only negative thing is that the worker is multitasking a lot between the chefs and customers that he sometimes doesn’t hear your order correctly . I ordered chicken teriyaki but with more vegetables than rice and they gave me barely any vegetables and piled up a bunch of of rice. Hopefully the service is better when there’s less commotion.

I tried the chicken teriyaki meal, which comes with 2 spring rolls and an option to choose between a drink and bottled water. The food was okay and the service was fast. No complaints ✅️

The worst food I have eaten at the mall and trust me I and my husband have eaten several time at the mall. Especially on Sundays after church service. No flavour, no taste. Bland food. I had beef teriyaki and my husband had chicken teriyaki. It was absolutely nasty. No taste. The beef was rare mixed with well done. Like no consistent cooking. The said vegetables with the order but it came with just cabbage and one carrot slice. My husband had to give me one of his broccoli cause he had two. The order was so different from the photo menu. My husband also said it is the worst food he has eaten at the mall. I will never eat here again.

Another spot in Newport Centre's food court, my daughter had the Teriyaki Chicken w/fried rice, while I ate somewhere else.. She let me taste her dish and it was VERY flavorful, If she wants this again, its definitely worth the trip.. Service was on point too....

Found hair in my food very long silky hair which I'm black and have dreds so it definitely ain't mines. One top of them giving away my food 2x to someone else , maybe this was their payback. Will be going back for my refund.
