Sarku Japan

They gave me my food quickly, and it was not very warm, like it had been cooked in advance. However, it was ok. I did NOT like being charged an extra $1 because I did NOT want any rice. Cabbage costs less than rice, and that's mostly what the plate is filled with on vegetable and meat only orders.

we always enjoy sarku japan. we enjoyed the one at the security mall for years and we decided to try here out. the past few times we came a bit late around 8:20-8:40 ish pm and the bathroom was close which is understandable because doors say they close at 9. but today we came in and order food at 7:47 pm. i came in with my daughters to eat inside. i spent $60 worth of food and here’s the receipt for proof and timestamp as well. when i wanted to go to the bathroom the hallway was blocked. when i asked they said the bathrooms are closed and instead said i should go to mission bbq to use the bathroom. when i asked for the manager, the manager didn’t want to show their face. when i got my food i asked for the manager’s name and they said it was “Carlos”. i went to Wegmans to use the bathroom

When I requested fresh sushi, I was given premade saturated with soy sauce shrimp tempura. The manager ran to the back and didn’t want to resolve the situation.

Food is good but the wait is very long and the customer needs improvement. It is small and it's in a strip mall setting. Plenty of parking but be prepared to walk.

Food was fresh & absolutely delicious!!! Definitely will be back!! The chicken & the steak were so tender and juicy.. yum!!!
