Sarku Japan

My husband and I visited Sarku Japan recently honestly hoping it was the last Japenese eatery we've always eaten at. With complete disappointment, it was not. It's sad that most of the places we eat at, are getting worse and worse. Our food tasted burnt, or too grilled with no teriyaki flavor at all. Can someone tell me if this is the way this should taste, because we've been to other Japanese establishments and it was the same taste. I'm sorry, but we are not please at all. I wish that I could request a complete refund.

To be completely honest, I ordered two number 4’s. Which is the chicken and shrimp combo. To start the shrimp was under cook and the food overall was disgusting. The shrimp wasn’t even cook with the teriyaki sauce. See at the Pineville location, IS AMAZING! This location is lacking. Since it is new and closer to my home, I decided to come here. However, I would rather drive to Pineville. They also dont have the stamp to stamp your club card, which isn’t an issue honestly but the UNDERCOOK shrimp is!

I can understand that there may be a language barrier, but you all need to fix your customer service. It makes no sense that I was simply just trying to ask to get my food re-cooked or some type of accommodation and I was ignored and passed as if I did not exist. I understand the fresh hot food is your motto but not taking care of your customers especially ones that keep coming back because the food is good that’s like a slap in the face.

Decent experience, decent flavor. White sauce costs extra which is is not the most complimentary but a decent lunch spot

First of all very disrespectful stuff working here ,I asked them to refuel my drink they told me like pay more money for that😂 Pay for refuel ? People over there works without gloves ,touching good and everything with hands.Please make them wear gloves and be more respectful.We are customers and we pay money and we want to see good service.
