This has been a go to spot for my family, friends, and most of my significant others including my current one whenever we are hungry and at Tacoma Mall. I miss when they had punch cards but not they only have it when they have it on their app but it only applies if you do an online order. The food here has consistently good the food has been. There are times where the rice might be a bit too mushy or undercooked but other than that, the meats are always good great and the steamed vegetables are delicious and made to perfection. The service here is decent, the cashier is usually friendly and professional and the cooks are good about announcing order numbers and making sure orders go to the right people. Via Uber Eats I had the extra Chicken Teriyaki, sauce on the side, extra Schrimp, Veggies and Chicken fried rice! Was plentiful and good! Would have been 5 stars if Chicken and Schrimp were less quantity but chunkier/bigger pieces but I understand and still a good value!

First time here was today. The food was served hot and fresh. We shared the teriyaki plate, with 2 veggie rolls and it was more than enough food. The chicken was tender and had good flavor. We had it with fried rice and cabbage/broccoli. Better than I expected from mall food. The staff members were polite and respectful. I’d go again!

One of my fav teriyaki spots! I always order mine well done and they get it right everytime.
