Here's a review based on your experience: --- I recently dined at Sakura Japan in Harbison Mall and had a very disappointing experience. I ordered the steak and chicken, and unfortunately, every piece of steak was burnt and inedible. The chicken was overcooked, with only a few pieces that were actually edible. The best part of the meal was supposed to be the fried rice, but it ended up being ruined as well because the burnt pieces of steak got mixed into it. I tried to salvage what I could from the meal but ultimately decided it wasn't worth it. I considered complaining to the staff but decided to write this review instead. I will not be returning to Sakura Japan, and I advise others to think twice before dining there.
The workers here are always really nice and offer free samples the chicken teriyaki is what I always get and it’s pretty good! If they run out of chicken then you might have to wait a little longer but it’s alright!
Worst sarku I’ve ever tasted. After 15 minutes of waiting I got rice that was wet and bunched up together and cheap chicken. Is this a mall or am I in prison?
Everything was great! Food came out fast and tasted good Staff was patient when we were ordering This is our go-to mall restaurant and they haven’t let us down yet
Food was great, customer service is 10/10. Work are humorous and polite. It only took about 8 mins to receive my order.
