What an amazing gluten free bakery. By far the best Gluten free bakery in upstate New York, kind and knowledgeable staff. Went for Donut Friday and what a great selection of some amazing Donuts. Got a cheesecake bar and a lemon bar both were amazing. Vegan options for my wife too. I can’t wait to go back.

I only have great things to say. I’ve been coming to this bakery since I moved to the area. I regularly purchase their bread, which is fantastic, and enjoy their assortment of baked goods such as donuts (incredible texture and flavor), and other treats. Everything I’ve ever had has been lovely and it is a joy to have such a variety of gluten free baked goods on offer. Saratoga Gluten Free recently baked a wedding cake for myself and my partner. Robert and I communicated extensively over email, he patiently walked us through the process and decision making, the tasting, the design. My husband and I wanted a cake with some specific imagery from the Silmarillion and Robert was enthusiastic and he and his team made it happen! Definitely the best gluten free food in Upstate New York. We got the pumpkin Whoopie pie that was amazing! The Mac and cheese was soooooo good. The jalapeño cheddar bagels are beyond anything I’ve had since I moved upstate. I made toasted tomato sandwiches with the multigrain GF bread. Didn’t crumble and tasted so good! Highly recommend!!!
