i’m mexican american, born and raised around some of chicago’s best tacos. GOOD and AUTHENTIC mexican food is surprisingly hard to find in this beautiful and historically puerto rican neighborhood, but i was surprised at the sheer quality and taste of home that Sara’s provided me with today. service was to the point, tacos were delicious. came during taco tuesday and had the al-pastor and carnitas. meat was traditionally seasoned to perfection, and the carnitas were juicy and the perfect blend of lean/fat. ALL THREE SALSAS WERE ON POINT, which is rare!! they include fried CHIPS and tortilla chips. for the price, they are the best tacos money can buy in all of humboldt park. highly recommend this joint, it doesn’t get enough love.

Did not have chance to take pictures of food or place since I was so hungry. Food was great and prices were even better! Usually my biggest gripe is meat can be cooked dry and tough but the meat was great quality and not tough at all! The restaurant itself is very nice and has a relaxed feeling. Bathrooms as well were very nice and clean. What mainly had me writing the review was the service! The waiter who took our orders was very kind and amicable. Surprises me they don’t have more reviews!! Definitely will be going back.

The food it’s amazing and taste so good and fresh. I ordered two Chilaquiles one red and green and taste so great the steak as well good. I also ordered their pizza and it was delicious

Great food and prices. Menu is huge if you're feeling traditional Mexican or a simple slice of pizza 🌮 🍕😋

A great family restaurant where the owners are always there. Great food, amazing and the people are super cool. Im going almost 2 times a week. Food is amazing and super economic. Pizza and a soda for $5.50 is unheard off now a days.
